Excellent.
Firstly, the chair arrived ahead of time and very securely packed. All the bits were there, and easily identifiable. A set of simple, clear drawings was provided to assist assembly. I took 10 minutes to study this and work out what everything was, and I was able to put the chair together. It took me 15 minutes, with no problems. The chair is comfortable - all the features advertised work, and I was able to adjust the chair to suit my creaky, cranky, rapidly ageing body. Huge improvement over the chair it replaced, which admittedly was too small for me. This is not. I'm a large guy in the 240 pounds range, and this chair has coped with it. All the features advertised are there, and they all work. I am very happy with my purchase.
